Quite often we get asked “what gear do you think I need to get started?”
Truth be told it’s not much
If you plan to be home based (even at just the start) then the list of kit is even less. I suppose it entirely depends on the type of business you’re looking at starting, but typically the list is universal.
In my opinion, as long as you’ve got a laptop, a tablet (would you have both? Is that a thing? I do!), an all in one printer (a printer that prints, scans and copies), a reliable wireless router & of course a selection of books/reading material…then you’re set to go!
Of course that list isn’t entirely exhaustive, but it’s the basic requirement.
“But”, I hear you ask, “How can I tell what’s the best equipment to buy?”…well dear reader, we’ve made a list of our faves, along with a short insight to our personal thoughts on each item, and a link you can follow to find out more and buy if you feel like you need to.
As always I’d love to answer any questions and welcome feedback etc.
